The palate opens with ripe strawberry and cranberry fruit, shadowed by a hint of cream and subtle spice. Rich and round, with a fine mousse that creates a delicious, creamy mouthfeel. The pale peach color and bright bubbles make this sparkling a sweet addition to a wedding, baby shower, or any celebratory event. Don’t just reserve this über food-friendly wine for a special event, it’s great to pair with everything from appetizers to a spicy Asian take-out.
Vividly aromatic, with notes of white peach, crisp apple and white honeysuckle blossoms. The mid-palate is soft, with flavors of ripe, juicy stone fruit, tropical pineapple, and a mild, pleasant minerality. The finish is off-dry, with this varietal’s natural sweetness pleasantly offset by a complementary acidity.
Because of our Riesling’s delicate structure and perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, it make the ideal match for spicy foods and dishes with ingredients like chili peppers, lemongrass, ginger and lime. Makes a great welcome pour at your holiday party or pair with a spread of desserts like French macaroons and vanilla wafers.
Generously fruity, our delicious red blend is out front with strawberry jam, ripe blackberry, cherry cola and a nice kick of spicy black pepper. Smooth, rich and round on the palate, the cascade of luscious fruity flavors glides across your palate like silk.
Our Fusion Red is an easy-going partner for casual gatherings like tailgating or a neighborhood barbeque. Perfectly priced, pair this blend with steaks, sausages, burgers or any BBQ favorite.
